IMPORTANT UPDATE TO SHIPPING DURING THE CORONAVIRUS/COVID19 CRISIS

I endeavour to ensure that wherever possible orders are dispatched within 1- 4 business days from receipt of order confirmation. Please be aware however that some orders may take longer than this to make/process.

Due to the high volume of parcels currently being processed Australia Post are experiencing delays in delivery for both domestic and international parcels.

International parcels in particular are being affected due to the limited number of flights available out of Australia. Latest advice from Auspost is to expect at least an additional 4 week delay to US destinations. To check the current situation for your location please visit the Australia Post web site here.

Please ensure you place your order well ahead of your required date to allow for any delays in delivery as a result of the current situation.

Australia:
  • Flat rate postage of $10.00 AUD applies to all orders under $120 AUD via Australia Post standard parcel delivery service or domestic courier, depending on the size of the parcel.
  • FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $120!! via Australia Post standard parcel delivery service or domestic courier, depending on the size of the parcel.
  • Express Post  (recommended if you are ordering less than 2 weeks ahead of your event date) is charged according to the cubic weight of an order. Orders up to 1 cubic kg will process automatically through checkoutOrders over 1 cubic kg  will need to be calculated manually. Please contact me for a quote.
  • For orders requiring dispatch within 24 hours please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability.
  • Free pick up is available from my premises at Pacific Pines, Gold Coast Qld by appointment. Once your order is ready we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. (Please check your spam/junk email folder for our message) Completed orders must be collected within 7 days of notification or the order may be cancelled and items returned to stock. Cancellation and re-stocking fees will apply to uncollected orders.
  • If you need your items dispatched same day or overnight, please contact me for ready-to-ship availability using our Contact Form or phone 0406 197 097 during business hours.

  International:

Automatic checkout for International Shipping is now available to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and New Zealand for orders up to 2kg (cubic) weight, and to Kuwait, UAR and Oman up to 1kg (cubic) weight only. For orders over this weight or overseas clients from other locations please send a message via the contact form here, and provide a list of the items you require, your full contact details and mailing address. A quote for shipping will then be sent to you by email and then added to the checkout for you..

  • International shipping is charged according to the cubic weight of the parcel and the destination location. 
  • Delivery times will vary according to your location. Delays may occur at customs inspection points on entry to your country. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from dispatch. Bumblebee Boutique is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused either by the carrier or customs/authorities in the port of entry to your country. Please ensure you order well in advance of your event date to allow for any delays en route. No refund will be given if a parcel arrives after your event date due to delays by the carrier or customs/port authorities.
  • Please check the mailing address carefully, as undeliverable items will be marked for return to sender.
  • Bumblebee Boutique is not responsible for any taxes, customs duties, levies or other charges imposed by the country of destination. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • All prices shown on the web site are in Australian currency.

Processing Time

  • Non-personalised Ready-to-Ship items: Dispatch is usually within 1-4 business days.  Occasionally a higher than normal volume of orders may result in longer processing times. If you require your order to be dispatched within 24 hours please contact me to confirm availability. A surcharge may apply for rush orders. I recommend selecting Express Post if you are ordering less than 2 weeks in advance of you event.
  • Custom orders/Personalised items: Please allow minimum of 4 weeks to dispatch
  • Large Quantity Orders and Out of Stock Items: Please contact us for estimated times.
  • Delivery is via Australia Post or courier and times may vary according to your location. Shipping will take longer to remote and non-metropolitan locations, and Western Australia; and will be quicker to metropolitan East Coast locations.
  •  Delivery times to international destinations will vary. 
  • We recommend placing your order well in advance of your event to ensure on time delivery. While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly Bumblebee Boutique has no control over parcels once they have been dispatched. No refund is available for delayed delivery.
     
    In order to offer you the greatest value, we strive to keep our shipping and processing charges as low as possible. We are always working to reduce the costs and increase the efficiency of shipping and processing so that we can keep the costs as low as possible to get your package to you undamaged, on time, and exactly as you ordered it. Delivery charges are based on  prices charged to us by our service providers, plus a small fee towards the costs associated with shipping and processing including boxes, tissue paper, bubble-wrap, etc.
